How does your 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee work?
We ask for a 50% payment before we start any design work. When your website design is complete we will give you a link to a url where you can see the finished design. If you're not satisfied with your new website, we will reimburse 100% of the advance paid.
I want to order a website, how do I proceed?
All you have to do is to email us to request a new website questionnaire. This questionnaire asks questions regarding your requirements and your choice of design preferences etc. Once we know your requirements and have agreed on a package price, we ask for a 25% payment before we start work. Fully refundable if you are not happy with the finished product.
After you have started work on the design, will I be able to have any creative input on my site?
Definitely! After you have filled out the questionnaire, we will create rough drafts of your new site for your approval. You can then comment on colours, layout, etc. and we will work with you to create your finished site.
How does your budget pricing work?
If you don't need a custom designed site and would like to save 25% on our package prices, we offer a budget price. Just pick a design from our selection of design styles and we'll build your site based on that design.
Do I have to host my website with your company?
No you don't have to host with us. Unlike other web design companies, we do not assist that you host your new website on our servers.
I like the design of a specific site on the internet, can you design my site in the same style?
Yes, we can design sites in the same style, or with same layout of any website you choose. We can not though, blatantly copy another designers work.
How long does it take to complete a website design?
Once you have supplied us with all the information we need such as your style choice, text, images etc., the website design usually takes about a week to complete. This does depend on our current workload, but we can give you a time frame when you place your order.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.
Where is your company located?
Although the staff are all English, IGNA has been based in France since 2002.
Do you design sites for individuals as well as businesses?
Yes we can design a site for anyone that wants one!
